T-shirts are fun. You can impress a lot of people with a nice t-shirt design. They're great for bands. They're also a perfect way to trick 15 yr olds into thinking you're the next hot thing.
Take a look at some of stuff I've done. Go ahead. You know you want to.

The guys of Flowtribe came to me looking for a t-shirt redesign. They came with the concept, and I ran with it. They wanted a shirt that was funky and fun with some guitars and trumpets. I even threw some Old English Lions in there for good measure.

"I heart BR" - obvious. So I thought I’d add a little style to make up for lack of originality. Features a custom illustrated heart and multiple typefaces with "home made" grunge effects. Take that, NY

It just doesn't make sense. I guess that’s why I liked it so much. A spoof on the "reNew Orleans" shirts worn by New Orleanians the world over, this was a perfect opportunity to piss off uppity New Orleans folk who wouldn't get the joke. Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery, you know.

Designed with their ill-fated sophomore album, Black Tie Affair, in mind. This shirt was so good the band couldn't stand it and broke up. Features a custom rose illustration and custom font with splatters of blood for good measure.

Not only does ever New Orleans band need a fleur de lis shirt, they also need an awesome abstract city scape T to sell to 14 yr olds. Boy did they sell out quick. The shirts... Not the band.

Every good band from New Orleans should have a fleur de lis Shirt... At least one. This is the now defunct post pop prep core band, The Garden District’s. Custom illustration, the almost-awkward placement of the design, and eerie aqua marine on brown make this shirt unique.
This Garden District shirt was designed for their freshman release, So Much it Hurts. The design features the custom dandelion illustration from the cover of the album.

Not only does every band from New Orleans need a fleur de lis shirt and an abstract city scape shirt, but they also need a water meter cover shirt. This one is for Groovesect.
Oh, and they really do love their funk.
