  • UX Lead for SmartShop, an enterprise MRO SaaS app for GE Aviation and GE Power
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of four UX designers across US and Europe to support four teams of developers working on SmartShop
  • Helped to define the product vision by working closely with stakeholders to establish feature road map, priorities, and timelines
  • Established and lead the execution of SmartShop’s UX strategy. Including planning & executing research efforts, workshops, and coordinating UX resources to effectively execute the plan
